About this event
Find fundraising confusing? Let us show you the way
In part one of the workshop we will be discussing various financing instruments available to Swiss startups and their pro’s and con’s from founders’ and investors perspective.
The second part will be a deep-dive into the various stages a typical equity financing round, from term sheet negotiations to due diligence, the key components and provisions of the final transaction documentation to signing and closing. We will follow a practical approach and have a look at sample terms and discuss why you should or should not accept them. And of course there will be time for questions and a networking apero at the end of the event.
